We’re on the hunt for an Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a talented individual who isn’t afraid to jump straight in at the deep end and is keen to be a key member of the company.

With your software skills, you will help to create our new IoT-based solution and design, implement and evaluate new features as well as assist with the maintenance of our existing products. You will work closely with other engineers to develop a range of production-ready safety-critical products, including the use of Bluetooth Mesh, GPS and GSM technologies. Our office is agile and lively, and we are very fond of our culture. 

 

Main Duties

  • Design and development of embedded systems, including drivers, firmware applications and RTOS
  • Debugging and QA using test equipment
  • Creation of technical documentation for features created

Requirements

Main Requirements:

  • Skilled in Embedded C
  • Good understanding of schematics, datasheets, and errata
  • Skilled in debugging applications without software-based debugging tools
  • Embedded development experience
    • With usage of microprocessors / microcontrollers
    • With interfaces and protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, etc

Desirable Skills & Knowledge:

  • Good technical reading and writing skills
  • Experience with ARM Cortex-M series processors
  • Experience working with 2.4GHz radio protocols
  • Experience with Bluetooth Mesh
  • Experience with GPRS/EDGE wireless communications
